We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders, ensuring that your items arrive in perfect condition in our special Brillant Candy jewelry box.

We provide standard and expedited shipping. International shipping is also available; please inquire about rates.

Order Processing

All Brilliant Candy’s high-quality jewelry are handmade after you place the order.

Items require 7-10 business days for handcraft before shipping.

A small number of products may be in stock. READY TO SHIP items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

For urgent orders or expedited shipping, please contact us at brilliantcandyart@gmail.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request (additional charges may apply).

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges:

within 7 calendar days of the delivery confirmation date

provided the item arrives at our location within 21 days of the delivery confirmation date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@brilliantcandy.com with your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

Refunds will only be granted with return authorization, and shipping charges on return items will not be refunded. We will process your request within 1-2 business days.

Please ensure that returned items are unworn and packaged in their original box. Note that

Brilliant Candy is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return, but specify that you would like to exchange the item.

Once we receive the item, we will immediately ship the new item to you. Product price differences may apply.

Repair

We offer free repairs for damage caused by manufacturing defects or product defects within 45 days of purchase.

However, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper wearing or care of the product.

We proudly offer FREE US Domestic shipping via USPS and UPS!

Product Availability

All Brilliant Candy’s high-quality jewelries are carefully handmade once we get your order. Please allow 7-10 business days before shipment.

We have a small number of products in stock. Any in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days.

Delivery Times

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

1-3 business days within the United States and requires a signature.

7-10 business days if it is an international order.

Multiple Items Order

If you order more than one item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship

others when we have them ready. So if you receive only a part of your item, don’t worry, you will receive all items shortly after.

Please consider any holidays, natural disasters may impact delivery times.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We

do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Our store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that

your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
